Dr. Sean Khodai, DMD
Dr. Sean Khodai, DMD grew up in Davis and attended U.C. Davis for undergraduate training. After moving cross-country to Boston, Dr. Khodai attended Dental School at Tufts University. Post-graduation, Dr. Khodai moved back to Roseville to work as an associate at Eureka Dental.
Dr. Khodai possesses specialized skills in Oral Conscious Sedation, Single-Visit CEREC Crowns, and Invisalign. Dr. Khodai is also extremely knowledgeable about the various treatments involved with cosmetic and general dentistry.
Since 2009, Dr. Khodai purchased Enhanced Dental Concepts, where the mission has always been to provide stellar dental care to patients in a fun and friendly environment.
Dr. Khodai is a member of the American Dental Association, the Sacramento District Dental Society, California Dental Association, and DOCS Sedation.
Dr. Khodai is married with two children. In his free time, he enjoys being involved with his kids’ sporting and school activities, as well as traveling and dining with friends and family.
Dr. Parham Tabar, DMD
Dr. Tabar joined our practice in the Summer of 2022. Dr. Tabar and his wife recently relocated to Roseville from the Bay Area where he had been practicing general dentistry at a private practice.
After earning his degree in Molecular and Cell Biology, Dr. Tabar headed to the east coast where he completed his master’s degree in Oral Health Sciences from Boston University School of Medicine. Continuing his education, Dr. Tabar graduated from Boston University School of Dental Medicine with honors. He furthered his training by heading back to the west coast for a General Practice Residency at the University of Washington. During his residency he took care of trauma cases in the ER at UW Medical Center all the while serving patients in the UW Advanced General Dentistry Clinic. He shares the same philosophy as Dr. Khodai making him the perfect addition to our team, he genuinely cares about his patients and his dentistry, making sure patients have painless and positive visits. He takes his time explaining the how and why during treatment planning, ensuring patients gain a full understanding of their dental needs. Dr. Tabar is a proud member of the California Dental Association and the American Dental Association. In his spare time, Dr. Tabar loves spending time with his family and enjoying the beauty of the foothills.
Lisa
Registered Dental Hygienist
Lisa has worked in the dental field for over 23 years. She started as a Registered Dental Assistant and graduated from American River College. She also attended Darton College, where she obtained her Dental Hygiene Degree.
Lisa was elected SADHA President and Class President for her Hygiene program and was elected College Ambassador. Lisa also took great pride in volunteering for her college.
Lisa enjoys pampering our patients and takes pride in being the gentlest hygienist she can be. Lisa excels at establishing close relationships with patients, and she makes those relationships one of her top priorities.
On weekends, Lisa loves spending time with her kids, working out, and volunteering.
Stacy
Registered Dental Hygienist
Stacy moved to Placer County from Sonoma County where she received her Dental Hygiene degree at Santa Rosa Junior College and BA in Psychology at Sonoma State University.
Stacy takes pride in providing patients with gentle, yet thorough cleanings, and is ready to do whatever it takes to put patients at ease. When she’s not in the office, Stacy enjoys participating in outreach programs that promote optimal oral health. She also enjoys volunteering in her children’s school.
In Stacy’s free time, she can be found on the golf course, cooking, and spending time with family and friends.
Cheri
Registered Dental Hygienist
For more than 25 years, Cheri has thoroughly enjoyed having the opportunity to provide the best care to her patients. Beginning her dental career as a Registered Dental Assistant, Cheri found her passion in dentistry and continued her education at American River College and then Taft College to complete her Dental Hygiene Degree. Cheri takes pride in always giving 100% to her patients and ensuring they have pleasant and relaxing visits.
On the weekends, Cheri loves spending time with her family and enjoying the great outdoors.
Melissa
Office Manager
Melissa has been our office manager for over 12 years. She specializes in coordinating insurance, providing patients with billing and treatment estimates, and explains billing so that all costs are easily understood.
Melissa feels that helping patients achieve their dream smiles is the most rewarding experience. Her hobbies include spending time with her family, going to the movies and spending time outdoors.
Melissa has an extensive background in customer service and excels at building close patient relationships. She loves her job because she enjoys helping people, as well as being an effective team leader.
Amy
Insurance Coordinator
As a dedicated team member of Enhanced Dental Care, Amy’s goal is to ensure patient happiness and understanding of treatment needs. Her journey began here in 2014 and she is so thankful to be part of such a great team. On the weekends, Amy enjoys spending time with her family and watching her children play sports.
Chelsey
Registered Dental Assistant / Back Office Manager
Chelsey started her career in dentistry after graduating from the 49er Regional Occupational Program in 2007. After developing a love for dentistry, she decided to continue her education, receiving her Registered Dental Assisting license from the State of California in May 2009. Chelsey has a passion for helping people and loves everything about this job! She enjoys working alongside Dr. Khodai and assisting him with a variety of procedures.
In her free time, you can find Chelsey and her husband hiking and fishing with their beloved chocolate lab, Nora, reading novels, and furthering her extensive education on health and nutrition.
Karen
Scheduling Coordinator
Karen was born and raised in Sacramento. She graduated from CSUS with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. She began her career in the dental field in 2017 as a Patient Coordinator. She enjoys helping patients achieve the smile of their dreams and increasing their confidence. When Karen isn’t working, she likes to spend her time with family and close friends. She enjoys taking spontaneous trips, hiking and loves spending time with her daughter watching her grow.
